PARKS & RECREATION SUMMER PROGRAMS & ACTIVITIES:

Registrations are now being accepted for summer swim lessons. Lessons are Monday - Friday (with Friday as a built in rain day) for 2 weeks. For kids ages 3 and up!!!

Session I        June 13 - June 23
Session II      July 5 - July 14
Session III    July 18 - July 28

Times: Session I & II -- 10am, 11am, or 7pm
Session III -- 9am or 7pm

Fee: $75 General Fee (per Child)
        $50 Resident Fee (per Child)

RESIDENT DISCOUNT RATE --- MUST SHOW PROOF OF RESIDENCY!!!

Co-Ed Softball League:

Get your team together and join us for this recreational Wednesday night league.  Games will be played at the Lakeview fields. Team members must be 18 and older to play in this league.  Early payment guarantees your spot on a first-come, first-served.  Softballs included in league fee.  There is a maximum of 16 teams.

Wednesdays beginning April 13

Games begin at 6:30pm

$245 per team

Camps:

Washington Parks and Recreation Department is busy planning another fun filled summer.  All camps are outdoors lasting 8-weeks, and are designed for children ages 6 through 12 years of age which takes place at the Main Park Pavilion, Monday – Friday, June 6th through July 29th    (With the exception of July 4th ) . 

A non-refundable $10 registration fee per camp will hold your child’s spot.  Registration must be made in person at the Parks & Recreation Office during the hours of 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday, March 21st – April 1st for residents, and April 4th for non-residents.  All registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis, and all paperwork and camp fees (cash or check only) must be turned into the Parks and Recreation Department by Friday, May 13th!!! Please bring a copy of birth certificate at time of registration.

Early Bird Camp:

Times:             6:30am – 9:00am  

Resident:         $ 90 per child for 8 weeks + $10 registration fee per child

General:          $135 per child for 8 weeks + $10 registration fee per child

Min./Max.       10/150 participants

Camp Washington

Times:             9:00am -2:30pm

            Resident:         $316 per child for 8 weeks + $10 registration fee per child

             General:          $475 per child for 8 weeks + $10 registration fee per child

             Min./Max.       10/150 participants

Afternoon Kids Camp:

Times:                         2:30pm – 5:30pm

                                    Resident:         $108 per child for 8 weeks + $10 registration fee per child

                                    General:          $162 per child for 8 weeks + $10 registration fee per child
