Librarian:
Ms. Rose Hanneken
|
Ms. Hannken graduated from our grade school before attending Missouri State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Leisure Studies. She has been at our grade school for 18 years and has spent 11 years in the library.

Librarian:
Ms. Margaret Holtmeier
|
Ms. Holtmeier is in her 14th year as the Library Manager for our grade school. She received a Bachelor of Arts from Southeast Missouri State in History and English, with a minor in Library Science, and attended several graduate courses in Library Sciences at the University of Missouri-Columbia. She has been in her field for 37 years at both public libraries and universities.

Art and Spanish:
Mrs. Peggy King
|
Mrs. King attended Meramec Community College, Webster University, Southwest Missouri State University, and Missouri Southern University. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Southwest Missouri State University. She has recently been certified in Language Arts for grades 6-12. She has taught 12 years, all of them at our grade school. One year, she taught 7th and 8th grade Language Arts. For the last 11 years, she has taught art and for 5 years has taught Spanish to our middle school.

Resource Specialist:
Ms. Sandy Lamar
|
Ms. Lamar has been our resource specialist for 12 years. She attended Quincy University and St. Mary’s of Notre Dame, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Special Education Cum Laude. She also has 12 hours from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville. She has been in education for 17 years.

Computers:
Mrs. Carol Mooney
|
Mrs. Carol Mooney is a graduate of our grade school and St. Francis Borgia High School. She attended East Central College and Southwest Missouri State University. She has taught in our school for 23 years.

|
Middle School Science:
Mrs. Rita Nikonowicz
|
Ms. Rita Nikonowicz graduated from St. Louis University with a Bachelor Degree in Biology and Secondary Education and a Master in Ecology and Evolution. She has also attended Fontbonne University and received a Master in Curriculum and Instruction and has completed several hours toward a Doctorate in Education from St. Louis University. She has taught classes at the university level, but has also spent 13 years teaching grade school, 6 of these years at our grade school.

Nurse:
Mrs. Joyce Simons
|
Mrs. Simons, a graduate of our grade school, attended Notre Dame College, before returning to school to be a Certified Nurses Aid. She has been in education for a total of 21 years, 18 of them as a school nurse, 16 of those years at St. Francis Borgia.

Physical Education:
Mrs. Linda Stock
|
Mrs. Stock has taught at our grade school for 15 years. She attended East Central College and Missouri State University, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education with a major in Physical Education and a minor in Social Studies. She is certified to teach Physical Education to grades K-12 and Social Studies to grades 7-9. Mrs. Stock has been in education for 27 years, 23 of those teaching Physical Education.

Band Instructor:
Mrs. Karen Straatmann

Mrs. Straatmann attended Central Missouri State University, receiving a Bachelor of Music Education and Maryville University, receiving a Master of Arts in Education. She has taught for 39 years, 16 teaching middle school band, with 9 of those at our grade school.

Vocal Music:
Mrs. Lucy Tobben
|
Mrs. Tobben earned an Associate Degree from East Central College and then transferred to St. Mary College in Leavenworth, Kansas, earning a Bachelor of Music Education. She has been part of our faculty for 26 years and also serves as our parish music coordinator.

Advanced Mathematics:
Mrs. Kim Voss
|
Mrs. Voss has taught mathematics for 10 years and 6 years as a private tutor. She has been at our grade school for 3 years, after spending 7 years at Eureka High School. She attended the University of Missouri, where she earned an Honors Bachelor of Science Degree in Education, Secondary Mathematics Magna Cum Laude, and a Master of Education in the same field from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
